Integration Program (Qaderoon Initiative) or ( WE ARE ABLE INITIATIVE)
Qaderoon initiative aims to empower people
with special needs with their skills and abilities, by participating and
demonstrating the role of the private sector and in cooperation with community
institutions that affect and are affected by society, and by demanding training
and work for people of determination and setting appropriate plans for them and
addressing the problems they face by Integrating them professionally
and socially and build a real partnership with the community
It goes through several stages:-
• The first
stage (the first evaluation stage)
• The second
stage (professional preparation)
• The third
stage (second evaluation)
• Fourth stage
(training plan and preparation for the profession itself)
• The fifth
and final stage (professional integration)
