  • Job Responsibility


    As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with autism and other developmental disorders using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Your key responsibilities will include:


    - Conducting assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.

    - Implementing ABA interventions to address social, communication, and behavioral skills deficits.

    - Monitoring progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as necessary.

    - Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic support to clients.

    - Providing guidance and support to families and caregivers, promoting generalization of skills learned in therapy sessions to home and community settings.

    - Staying updated with the latest research and developments in the field of ABA and autism treatment.

    - Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, documenting interventions and progress reports.

    - Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

    - Upholding ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

  • Educational Requirement


    - Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

    - Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA),Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)  or Qualified Autism Services Provider (QASP-S) is highly preferred.

    -  certifications such as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), , Autism Behavior Analysis Trainer (ABAT),.

    - Ongoing professional development and willingness to attend relevant workshops and courses to enhance expertise in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
